There are far fewer artists who can make their subjects look relatable, sympathetic, and caring. Naturally, there are plenty of awe-inspiring pieces as well, with collages, minimalist silhouettes, and stained glass (!) styles, but the originality and profoundly human look at well-established characters sets this artist apart.
